Order Inquiry

• Orders are not confirmed until you hear from us.
  Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee your order date. Your order will be officially confirmed once your requested pickup or delivery date/time is approved and your retainer has been received. We aim to respond within 24–48 hours.

• Custom orders require a 50% retainer and advance notice.
  A non-refundable retainer is required at the time of booking to secure your order. We kindly ask for at least 14 days’ notice, but we understand that things come up. Feel free to reach out, and we’ll always do our best to accommodate when possible!

• Rush orders
  Orders placed 5 days or less from the fulfillment date may be accepted based on availability and will incur a 20% rush fee.

​

• Final payment due before fulfillment
  The remaining balance must be paid 3 days prior to your scheduled pickup or delivery date. A reminder will be sent as the due date approaches.

• Orders within 1 week
  Orders scheduled within 7 days must be paid in full upon confirmation.

• Refunds & changes
  All payments are non-refundable. For unexpected situations, we may offer rescheduling or store credit at our discretion.
